Who is Pro Inspect Home Inspections?
At Pro Inspect Home Inspections, every inspection is personally conducted by me, Bazil Johnson, the owner and a Certified Home Inspector. I do not subcontract inspections or send other inspectors to represent my business.
When you choose Pro Inspect, you work directly with me from your initial enquiry through to the delivery of your inspection report, ensuring a consistent, professional, and personalised service.
Since establishing Pro Inspect Home Inspections (Pty) Ltd as my full-time profession in January 2024, I have successfully completed more than 112 comprehensive home inspections throughout the Eastern Cape. My inspections have included properties in Haga Haga, Kei Mouth, numerous suburbs across East London, and as far afield as Bushman's River Mouth and Kenton-on-Sea.
Every inspection is carried out thoroughly and objectively, with careful attention to detail. Following the inspection, I provide a comprehensive digital report that includes colour photographs documenting my findings, together with clear explanations and practical recommendations to help you understand any defects identified and the appropriate next steps for repair or remediation.
The properties I have inspected have varied significantly in age, design, size, layout and ranging from newly completed homes just two months old to historic residences more than 118 years old. This experience has provided me with valuable insight into the construction methods, materials, and maintenance issues commonly encountered across different generations of homes.
I believe that a home inspection is more than simply producing a report. My commitment to my clients begins with our first conversation and continues well after the inspection has been completed. I take the time to explain my findings, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you fully understand the condition of the property so that you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Where appropriate, I can also provide you with a list of trusted, suitably qualified, and registered contractors and service providers who may be able to assist with any repairs or further specialist evaluations recommended in my report. My objective is to provide not only an accurate assessment of the property but also practical guidance that supports you throughout your property-buying journey or even the selling and/or maintenance of your existing property.
